Steven Duggan
Steven Duggan is a novelist, short story writer and poet.
His most recent novel, ‘The Devil Himself’, has sold more than 20,000 copies to date, never falling below a 4/5 star rating on Amazon or Goodreads. His short stories have appeared in publications including Savoy Magazine (“Wonderful, remarkable, unforgettable stories” - G.K. Steven’s first collection of poetry, ‘Fully Formed’, was 1st runner-up for the Patrick Kavanagh Poetry Prize 2022 (no 2nd or 3rd prizes are awarded) and his poems have since been published in a variety of journals and anthologies, including ‘Colours of the Moon’ (Mosaique Press), ‘Fate’ (Hammond House Press), ‘Poems of Hope’ (Samaritans Press) and ‘Boundless’ (Flowersong Press), and shortlisted for the Hammond House International Literary Prize, the Artemesia Poetry Prize, and the AUB International Poetry Prize. He is the writer and presenter of the documentary feature ‘The First Mile’ (Gold Award winner, best documentary feature, Deauville Film Festival).
Steven lives in the small seaside town of Greystones, on the East Coast of Ireland - the setting for ‘The Devil Himself’ and much of his verse.
